Terms of Service

1. Availability Confirmation: The client should confirm the artist's availability. Before commissioning work, it's advisable to contact the artist to check availability and agree on the desired delivery date for the illustration. The artist can be contacted via Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, email, or Fiverr, platforms she regularly checks.

2. Payment Terms: A 50% initial payment is required for new clients and commissions under $80 USD. Full payment must be made afterward, using PayPal and through an invoice. All prices are subject to an additional 3.5% PayPal service fee.

3. Pricing Flexibility: The artist's pricing is subject to change over time, so is responsibility of the client to check the current pricing. The artist is open to negotiating prices based on simplifying the artistic style used.

4. Delivery Time: The estimated time to complete an illustration is three days to one week, depending on the artist's schedule and current workload. This timeframe will be communicated to the client in advance.

5. Workflow: The artist will provide the client with the sketch, line art, and base color for review and corrections. The client may request afterwards revisions once, provided they do not conflict with previously discussed and approved elements.

6. Copyright Ownership: The rights to the artwork belong to the artist. The client must credit the artist as the creator of the work and refrain from claiming it as their own.

7. Commercial Usage Rights: The client has the right to use the artwork commercially, provided the artist retains the right to use the work for her portfolio, social media, and print sales. The artist will not sell commercial rights to another client. Exclusive use of the artwork by the client may involve additional costs, negotiable with the artist.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy: The artist will issue a full refund if cancellation occurs before or during the sketch stage of the project. If cancellation occurs during later stages, a percentage of the payment corresponding to the work completed up to that point will be retained by the artist. There won’t be refunds after the artworks is finished.

9. Communication Commitment: The artist commits to maintaining clear communication and responding in a timely manner to inquiries and messages related to the ongoing project.

10. Additional Modifications: After final delivery, any further modifications requested by the client may be subject to additional charges, depending on the nature of the requested changes.


These terms are designed to protect both the client's and the artist's interests, ensuring a professional and transparent collaboration in the creation of commissioned illustrations.
