F.A.Q.
1. What types of commissions do you offer?
I’m available to any kind of art commissions, as long as my art style is suitable for the job. So far, I’ve done custom portrait, pet portrait, furry art, TCG art, logo design, tattoo design, Character sheet, book covers, even Christmas cards!
2. How much do your commissions typically cost?
You can find my prices here. If you have a custom request, send me a message and I’ll give you a quote. My prices don’t change much whatever the purpose of the commission is, except for NSFW art. My minimum price is $30 USD.
3. What is your process for commissioning artwork?
First, check my availability for the job. You can contact me through my e-mail, instagram account, Fiverr or Reddit (links here). I will request certain information, reference pictures (if possible) and payment upfront. You’ll receive constant updates along the process, sketch, line art and coloring. After the work is done, I’ll deliver it through a WeTransfer link.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
I work with PayPal in USD money only. Si eres de Chile, acepto pagos por transferencia a mi CuentaRUT.
5. How long does it take to complete a commission?
Between 3 days or a week. Sometimes, I have a waiting list, but I never schedule works beyond a month. If I’m in need of extra time, I’ll politely request before the scheduled day of delivery.
6. Do you offer revisions? If so, how many?
Just one after the work is finished. To avoid last minute corrections, I send updates regularly to check with the client if everything is okay. I won’t make changes on major details that were previously discussed and approved by the client.
7. What happens if I'm not satisfied with the final artwork?
You can request one revision, but if even after that you’re unsatisfied, you can pay an extra fee for another revision. The price may vary depending on how many changes are required.
8. Are there any subjects or themes you prefer not to draw?
I’m willing to challenge myself with any kind of art. However, my weaknesses at drawing are mechas, futuristic sci-fi, cityscapes, intricate architecture and modern vehicles. Also, cute looking characters.
9. Can I request a specific style or art technique?
Yes. Send me a reference and I’ll mimic the art style as close as possible. I think this is a great way to learn new techniques, so please, do.
10. Do you offer different levels of detail or complexity for commissions?
Yes. I’ll always offer my top tier art style, but if your budget is below my prices, I can offer simpler techniques with less details, which doesn’t mean less quality. You can request previous examples of what I can offer for your budget.
11. What rights do I have to the commissioned artwork?
You’ll have nonexclusive Commercial Use Rights, which means, you can profit with the artwork as long as you credit me as an author, AND I will be able to share it on my portfolio and social media, and it as well (as prints or any other form). There’s an extra fee for exclusive commercial use.
12. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or recurring commissions?
Yes. Any order above three characters or artworks, have a 10% discount. It may be down to 20% if the price is above $600.
13.What is your policy on refunds or cancellations?
(From my ToS) The artist will issue a full refund if cancellation occurs before or during the sketch stage of the project. If cancellation occurs during later stages, a percentage of the payment corresponding to the work completed up to that point will be retained by the artist. There won’t be refunds after the artwork is finished.
14. Are there any additional fees I should be aware of (e.g., rush orders, extra revisions)?
If you need a fast delivery (three days or less if it’s just one character), the price will be 50% extra. For extra revisions, it depends on the changes required, being $30 the minimum rate. NSFW art will cost 100% extra fee, this does not apply to artistic nudity. I also offer video-calls for $10, so the client can give their opinion while I’m working on real time. Extra characters will cost as a separate project, if the scene requires it.
15. Can you work from a description or concept, or do you need reference images?
Reference pictures, even a doodle, is always appreciated, but not a must. Short, on point descriptions are preferred over long descriptive paragraphs.
16. How far in advance should I book a commission slot?
At least two weeks before the deadline.
